Bread Pudding Recipe

Well, I can't promise that this recipe is health conscious - but I can promise that it is DELICIOUS!

Bread Pudding

16 old hotdog buns
7 eggs
1 1/2c half & half
1 1/2c 1% milk
2c sugar
3tbl vanilla
1/2c butter melted
cinnamon & nutmeg to flavor

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Break up hotdog buns into bite sized pieces. Bake on a cookie sheet for 7 minutes.

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir bread into the liquid. Let it sit and soak for 5 minutes.

Gently press mixture into a 9x13 glass baking pan, lightly greased with cooking spray. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon & nutmeg.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400, then reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for an additional 50-60 minutes, or until center is firm.

Before & After Pregnancy


Before (left) between 123-134lbs. The photo on the right was probably taken within the last two weeks at 165ish.

I refuse to look like an overweight kangaroo with stretchmarks, wearing an E cup bra for the rest of my life.
